Neptunalia

11th July 2016

On the 11th July, Year 3, after many weeks of hard work, performed to a riveted audience at Prideaux Place. This was the culmination of the Neptunalia project, a collaborative dance project telling the story of King Neptune and his lost son Nelaeus.

The children created work in school linked to the topic and on Monday they performed along with 5 other schools at Prideaux Place. They were superb and many adults from other schools commented on how professional their dance was.

The weather held off (despite a decidedly watery start) and we enjoyed the chance of sharing our work with the other children from our partner MAT schools and other schools in the area.

Many thanks to Mrs Waller and all our adult helpers for making the day so memorable.
